We will start with a complimentary consultation to clarify your top health priorities and current challenges. In this twenty-minute consultation (in person or over zoom) we’ll discuss your current health and options for how I can support you. If I don’t feel like my services are a good fit, I will do my best to offer you recommendations.
Initial Consultation (a la carte)
$175
After our complimentary consultation, if you’d like to continue with private health support, I offer an in-depth eighty-minute consultation which includes my extensive assessment of your health and history, recommendations and health coaching support
Appointments are available in-person or online.
Follow Up (a la carte)
$75
In this forty-five minute appointment we will review your health results, discuss your updates and I will provide health coaching and follow up recommendations.
